What's up with me? what does this mean?

I am 14 and I have sadistic personality disorder. I love violence death and the usual for sadists( just how I am dont hate) but I am sometimes disgusted by extreme gore (mutilated bodies, real guts, brains and jutting bones, not blood, breaks bulletwounds slashes or anything)? This is kinda strange. What does that mean?
