Bringing a new adult male dog home when I already have another one there?

Im bringing an adult male dog home but I already have an 11 year old adult male dog here. How do I go about introducing them or is this a bad idea. Neither one is or will ever be neutered I am against mutilating dogs. Please only giove helpful advice dont bother me with pro neutering nonsense thank you.
