How do one overcome fear?

..Hi there, First of all, we do not ever invent a hypothetical reason that would birth and allow fear to live and rule our life..This is just a waste of our precious time...We concern our self with what really is, today, right now, not "what if"..."In love there is no fear", so we fill our selves up with what has real meaning, what is important to us, and especially to others, and we give of our time to the less fortunate and needy, freely!..One does not have to over come that which is not present within us, unless we choose to place it there..Take care
