What would you like to ask?Our family is in turmoil at the moment, reason being my cousin and her sister have been left a house as their dad died back in 2007. In the will it states that the step mom can live in the house but cannot have any man staying over. The step mom wants to sell the house, the sisters do not want to sell. Theres solicitors involved and its all turning very nasty. The sisters dont want to sell, however the step mom wants to sell and use the proceeds to buy another house which will then become the sisters. The step moms solicitor has been ringing threatening that the sisters will lose everything. If this is the case why have a will? or is this just scare tactics? I always thought a will was a highly important document, as its a dying persons wishes after all.
