First of all, you are never bothering people here, we answer questions like this because we want to help, or we have the same problems in common ( or once had them, and can give advice on how to fix it.) Second, overall I highly recommend that you do get someone to vent to, whether it's a therapist ( best choice) a friend you can trust, or a family member you feel comfortable with. Isolation only makes depression much worse. Unfortunately, you almost need to force yourself to be more social, even if it's just small steps at a time. If you are not sleeping, feel like a robot, don't feel like yourself for a while now, and cry a lot....you more than likely may need medication, depending on how serious the doctor or psychiatrist diagnoses your condition. Make an appointment asap, and always be as honest as possible if you truly want to fight this battle to regain the person you once were....the person you know you want to be again! I'll be honest, it's a long exhausting battle, that you need to just take ONE DAY AT A TIME! Also take into consideration that none of this is your fault, it's a disease like cancer that needs to be medically addressed soon. Lastly, be brave even on the worst of days...because depression may be different for everyone, but you can also learn how to control it with positive thinking and cognitive behavioral therapy. It works if you want it to, and stay committed to your recovery.

My parents are blowing up at me over something I did not do?

I got accepted into this college with a high school program deal, so I'm off to college two years early. However, the classes, as we all know, don't come cheap on there own. So, they gave us some paperwork that will allow us to bypass paying so longs as I remain in the high school portion as well. Well, that paperwork went missing. My mother has a stack of garbage, paperwork, and some candy rappers filling up every drawer in about 5 desks. I was not trusted with the paperwork, since things always go missing (yet they seem to end up in her stack of garbage, yet it is still somehow my fault). I also can't drive to have delivered it, so they said they would. Yet, since they see me as being a Devil's spawn because I'm a member of the gothic subculture, and thus, I am wrong, they are God. Since it is missing, that means it MUST have been me, and, regardless of everything in my room being as neat as is physically possible, there are no if, ands, or buts about it. Now, they are threatening everything of mine, even to the point of disowning me. What can I do to fix this?

How do i fix a cold water-logged compost pile that is full of ants?

My compost pile (started last year) has become water-logged from all the rain we've had. It did heat up for a while but now is cold, clumpy, and full of ants. I have never actually gotten any "finished compost " I can still basically tell what everything is. I know the ratio is incorrect, but, it is mostly green not brown or dry like other answers say. Well, I've liked this boy since the beginning of the school year & finally got my chance on March 14th. Dreams of Mutilation?

Within the last 3-4 months or so I have been having frequent dreams of being horribly mutilated. The dreams themselves are vivid in a way that i can feel the pain very clearly. One dream I remember most of clearly was a large I guess you could say robotic beast who had shoved metallic tenticle like appendages up under my rib cage up into my chest cavity and the begun to spin violently almost like in a buzz saw motion, liqiufying every organ in my body and turning me into a sack of mush. The pain in the dream is unimaginable as for some reason i could not die and end the torment. I woke in cold sweat, shaking and immediately was sitting upright. I was wondering how bad or unhealthy may be the better word it is to have dreams like this quite often? I have othe dreams I could tell you if needed aswell as a person my subconcious has fabricated and haunted many of said dreams. Any answers as to the health effects or any meanings as to what dreams such as this could be would deffinately be appreciated.

Why do I only dream of death?

Every single time I have a dream there are mutilated animals and people. The ones where people die its a lot like those final destination movies where everyone is killed on a roller coaster or in a falling elevator. The ones where animals die they're already dead or I see people harming them until they die. The animals are mostly dogs, cats, rabbits, and snakes. I'm never in the dream I kinda just watch. It's a constant thing I think its weird that death is always in my dreams. Ive never had a vision or anything but these dreams bother me. It seems like an interesting read. Though your sentences are a little run on. You should try to describe in more detail the actions that are happening. You can't just skip scenes like going to the castle or the King showing you all the rooms in the castle. You should describe those scenes and what Black Robe is feeling at the time. Befriended a mentally ill person, I now fear for my life?

I befriended this kid last year, he sat in the back of the room, very silent. He was smart, but then I got to know him. I learned he is fascinated with knives and guns. He is a religious nut, he says he hates everybody who isn't a catholic and that they should be killed in a genocidal fashion. He brings knives with him to school for no reason, he's even brought a tomahawk. Last night, a friend of mine made a facebook group about cats, and he decided to join in. It seems like a paradox to me. Because in the first games it ends with Kessler going back in time to prepare Cole to fight the beast because he ran the only time he had the power to fight it?. But in the second game you find the John is the Beast and also he wasn't even trying to hurt anyone, he was only confused. Also the only reason John turned into the Beast is because the Raysphere blew up (evil ending) and he had to pull himself back together. So why didn't Kessler just go back and stop the Raysphere from ever getting to Cole so that he never gets the chance to blow up a second one and make John become the Beast. Its confusing right? Not only that but in the good ending of the second game Cole dies, so how can he go back and be Kessler in the first place. Does that mean that the true story line is when you are evil? And if that's true than how can Kessler's wife (Trish) die because the only way you get back with trish is by being a hero. Not only that but on the Evil finish of infamous 2 Cole actually becomes the beast himself, so is it like Cole going back in time to warn himself about himself, which isn't possible because if Cole is the Beast that means that he killed Kessler s family (Cole's family), but by the time Cole is the beast Trish is already dead and they didn't get married and have kids. If Kessler went back to make sure the raysphere was never made than none of this would have happened and everyone would live a normal life, because there would be no Beast, no plague, and no evil Cole ( which is apparently the real Cole because the only way the second game makes any sense is if Cole was really evil in the first game. Well I Just Bought My First Vehicle. Its a 1995 Chevy S10. 4cyl 2.2liter. Its Been Plagued By Issues after issues. The Battery Was Completly Dead. It wouldnt Hold a Charge. I got a fence from a company, and told them it was specifically to enclose the area so my dog cannot get out. The company put in a gate door that did not open and close properly and could be knocked off by a slight 10-pound push. i had an event occur about 6 months ago where my wife told me a couple of guys hit on her, one on FB and the other in her office, she told the guy on FB that she was happily married and not interested and the guy at her office who had somewhat jokingly crossed the line several times, she just ignored his advances and more casually shrugged it off, she said this was because she didnt feel threatened and had worked with him for 3 years and he had only done this 2 or 3 times. My wife has been great and reassured me that there is no threat, after she could see i was feeling anxious about the guy at her work, she even told him that i knew about what he had said and that i was upset, and to knock it off. I've been happily married 12 years, my wife has done everything in her power to reassure me and yet i still feel vunerable and anxious, i imagine situations were the guy at her office is hitting on her, she told me about it some time after the first occurance. She still sits next to the one guy that hit on her several times and has a good work relationship with him again, i really want to talk to my wife about how i am feeling, i know its irrational, and i know she hasnt done anything wrong, but i am worried it will push her away knowing i am still having some problems. Help my guinea pig is self mutilating!!!!?

Hi my guinea pig stewie has been self mutilating his area close to his butt for the past 5 days. I took him to the vet and they cleaned out the area around his penis. The substance that they took out was waxy and hard. I bought him home and he seemed that night to be healing but then the next day he started doing the same thing again. 5 year old pees on himself on purpose and throws tantrums. I'm so frustrated?

My son is 5 years old. He has been potty trained for almost 2 years. About 3 months ago he wet the bed. I felt horrible for him, told him it would be okay, changed him and sent him back to bed. Well, he has wet the bed about 90% of the time since then but, only at bedtime. Plus he never wets the bed at the sitters, my brothers, his mothers... anywhere but at home. He goes to the restroom before bed. Most times he only urinates a tiny bit in his pants but, it's enough for him to tell me "daddy, I peed my pants". The first month or so I was very compassionate and understanding. The next month I didn't say a word to him when it happened, just changed him and sent him back to bed. Recently I have started making him stand in the corner for a few minutes and then change him. I make him help me clean the mess almost every time. I've tried positive reinforcement, encouragement, silence, punishment... everything I can think of but, he continues to wet the bed. Everything I'm reading online says that very rarely will a child wet himself on purpose but, I'm 99% confident that this is the case. I don't know if he's trying to get attention, if he's trying to test me, if he sees it as an excuse to not go to sleep... I just don't know. Most times it seems like a game to him... he'll have a smile on his face when he tells me he wet himself. I've even went to the extent of threatening to put him back in a diaper at bedtime. He laughs at me Usually, when I threaten something I intend on backing it up but, I just couldn't bring myself to put him back in a diaper. Yes, but it's a little "shakie". I emailed for follow up on said references, and got a response that said "Thank you for your interest, but we've decided to go with another candidate and made this decision yesterday." After asking this prospective employer about my references, she said they all got back to her - and I am personally under the impression that this particularly supervisor gave me a negative review, as all of my other references I still keep in close contact with. Plain and simple, what can I do to look into this matter further? I'm 25 years old and looking for "real" jobs now - I don't need this woman plaguing my track record of normally stellar performances. It was also a very good job and looks great on my resume, and I don't want to omit it. Me and my mom are staying at my grandma's. My grandma is losing her memory so she has to have someone stay in the house with her. Many spelling and grammatical errors, and it's a bit cheesy, but i think it has potential. Have you ever heard the phrase, "show, don't tell?" it means that you should show your reader what is happening, rather than telling them straight out. for example, instead of saying the sun is shining, you could say warm beams of light hit beat down on my skin. i think that if you would show your reader more things in this story it would be dramatically improved.

So I posted this review of this local business online. The next day the owner calls me, threatening me. Calling me names, telling me "You finished this and I'm going to end it". When i told her to get lost after she told me to take down the review. This woman is whack. She owners a dog rescue, but she's not in it for the animals. Charging 400 dollars for a mutt. I'm So Frustrated, What Is Wrong With Me?

I can't work or study, every time I sit down to start a project, I have to battle against myself, and usually end up not bothering with it at all and bursting into tears. It is not that I can't do it or that I can't be bothered, but I become physically paralyzed. I feel a little like a zombie. I feel dead behind the eyes, yet my brain is always running at a ridiculously high speed, and I have weird and abstract thoughts about the world. I detest myself. I starve and self-mutilate; often burning cigarettes on my forearms or cutting myself with razorblades/knives. I do not have problems with concentration because I am obsessive, and if something interests me, then I could stay awake all night fixating on it, however, I could not do the same for, say, an essay. Punishing myself feels like my only option. I cannot be close to people, it makes me physically sick. I always feel like other people are not good enough, even though I myself feel inferior. I am a masochist. I make weird fantastical connections and stories up in my head, and somehow believe them even though I would profess to be a nihilist and believe in nothing. What is wrong with me?

Here's what happened. I got back in touch with her and we hung out. And she told me her fianc� didn't like me (aka my step cousin) he has no reason not to like me. I have never done ANYTHING TO HIM. How do i fix a cold water-logged compost pile that is full of ants?

My compost pile (started last year) has become water-logged from all the rain we've had. It did heat up for a while but now is cold, clumpy, and full of ants. I have never actually gotten any "finished compost " I can still basically tell what everything is. I know the ratio is incorrect, but, it is mostly green not brown or dry like other answers say. It is on a cement slab next to one garden plot with a "cage around it. All the work and no actual compost is threatening me to give up on composting. Please help!

'm 13. I feel like I have a horrible life. I know it probably normal to feel like this at my age but I don't know what to do. My parents have nothing to do with me. I haven't seen my dad in almost 9 years and my mom only comes around when she needs something. I live with my grandma and we fight all the time. She thinks I don't care about her and that I wouldn't care if she died or if something happened to her. I get straight A's in school and was inducted in the NJHS(national junior honors society)but she always tell me I'm not going to amount to anything or I'm gonna screw my life up. At school it not much better. They think I'm quiet but I just don't want to talk to them. They think they can do whatever they want to me and I won't say anything I'm always told that if I would dress a certain way and be like everyone else I would have friends. But I like being individual and different. I'm told i'm ugly but I don't think I am. I have fair skin and goldish-reddish hair that I love. But it gets to the point where I start believing what they are saying. I have one really good friend that I know will always be there for me. But she moved last year and started hanging around with the wrong type of people. She had to go to alternative school because she was caught buying drugs. She never did that when she lived here. I have thought about commiting suicide a lot. A few times I came really close. I always end up talking my self out of it by telling my self that I'm going to do big things in life and all those other people will be either on the streets homeless or working some low life job. I have tried to tell my grandma about how I feel but she just gets pissed off and tells me I'm not going to do it and I just want attention. This all started after my grandpa was diagnosed with cancer. I was really close to him. He died two years ago and that's when it got really bad. I felt worthless and like I had no body. I started getting violent with people and my grandma called the police and I never hit her again. But we still fight all the time and she threatens to call again.she said that I have a record and she can easily lie and tell them I hit her. I have big expectaions for myself.
