POll: Could my brothers be sabotaging me and why?

I am the youngest of 10 kids and I am only one of two girls. I have a hard time getting guys to ask me out. A guy shows interest in me then suddenly he will not call me again. One of my best friends told me my brothers threaten and she knows this because her brother liked me but said that my brothers are too much. Does it sound like something older brothers would do?
