Has anyone else had a problem with their childs circumcision?

I have had both if my sons circumcised and nit had this problem, the youngest is only four months, there shouldn't be any skin over the tip so if there is you need to take him back to the doctor that did his circumcision. It may turn out to be nothing but it will put your mind at ease.
