Doesn't this verse seem to describe the effects of a nuclear blast on a human?

This verse can be translated into many, many different things I think. Besides, it was written back in the Old Testament.. Most of the prophecies that are still unfulfilled are recorded in the New Testament.. I'm not a Christian but I was raised in a Christian home.. and I don't think something recorded in the Old Testament would be describing the effects of a nuclear blast.
