Has anyone posted a bad review of a business on Yelp & had that business threaten to sue them for defamation?

Anyone can post a review, good or bad. Unless you said something that really wasn't true, I wouldn't put much into their idle threats. Also, proving you are the one that did it, would seem like more trouble than it is worth.
