Internet Audio Disabled After Virus Fix?

I'm having the same problem in Windows 7 after clearing that virus. I was adviced to go to My computer>right click on it>then click to manage>services & application (very last option)>services. There u find Windows Audio & Windows Audio Endpoint builder by scrolling down. These options r stopped, it has to be started. But when I tried many things related to Windows audio r preventing it from starting. The virus have done this damage. But still u can try.
